We finally were able to catch up with Dr. Michael Wach – Managing Director of Food/Agriculture-related Science and Regulatory Affairs from BIO. We spoke with him about the “science” behind much of Episode 3, which (not surprisingly) was a wee bit sketchy to say the least. We also managed to ask him some bigger questions about the portrayal of both scientists and farmers in the show – and we were not disappointed. Here’s what he said:
